Update from the week

It has been a busy week for us. Stephanie can't seem to get over her cold, she has been sick ever since she started school. Steven got his DTP shot and did really good, thank God. I am hoping he has out grown the problem. I had to go for my first mammogram and let me just say....OUCH..... It had to be a man that came up with this machine......

PRAYER REQUEST

Tonight when you say your prayers, please add my little boy to your prayer list.

Steven is going to get his last DTP shot, due to past history we have to go to the Allergist to get this shot. They have to break the shot down to (4 to 6 shots). This is a whole day, spending at the Allergist.

The worst past history was he stopped breathing on us, thank God for an off duty paramedic at Walmart.

Please pray that Steven does good with this shot........

Teacher & Parent Conference

Steve and I had our first teacher & parent conference. It went really good. The teacher had samples of their work at the first week of school, and work they did this week. You can really tell the difference. The first of every month they do a special me picture, they draw a picture of themselves. The one they did in August Stephanie had purple hair, the picture she draw yesterday; she has brown hair with big teeth. Steven drawing is really good; he is adding a lot of details to his, like shoes, fingernails, and eyelashes. He gets his drawing talent from his daddy. The teacher says, they are the most will behaved kids in the class, but they are so scared on making someone upset. They are no bully.

We have to work on Stephanie small motive skills and get Steven to move along a little faster. The teacher said he is the first one to get started and the last one finish. I guess that is why his pictures looks so good. All in all it went really well.

Now our homework is just beginning, she sent home flash cards we have to work with them every night. Plus we can't forget to read our 5 books every night for the bubble gum reader program.

I think we are back in school, I am so thankful that Steve is helping me with homework.

Stephanie School Party

Since the kids were sick last week, and Monday & Tuesday was teacher workday, we celebrated her birthday today. We took in cupcakes, yahoo drinks, and chips. The teacher made her day extra special. She was line leader, got to pick the prayer of the day, and gave her a book from the class. She also got to take in Coco the monkey she made at Build a Bear on her birthday. Her partner gave her a stuff doggie, she named skip.

Hopefully we will have their party this Sunday, if everyone can stay well.

STEPHANIE BIRTHDAY DAY!

Yesterday was a busy day for Stephanie, we took her and Steven to the library to get them their on library card. They both got to get two books, Stephanie was amazed with all the books. She can't wait to go back and pick out as many as she wants to get. She loves for someone to read to her, we read 5 books a night for school.

After we left the library we went to see "Barnyard". It was a cute movie and she didn't take her eyes off the screen the whole time.

The biggest part of her birthday was next, she got to go to Build A Bear Workshop. She picked out a monkey. She named the monkey "CoCo Brownie Moore". She had so much fun, stuffing, fluffing, and putting the heart in the monkey. She gave it a bath and picked out an angel outfit for Coco to wear home.

We took her out to eat next to Captain Tom's Seafood Restaurant. All the waitress, and the whole restaurant stood up and sang Happy Birthday to her. Her face was so red.

We ask her last night if she got everything she wanted for her Birthday, she hugged us both and said Yes. She said I have you and daddy and that's all I every wanted.

I love you, Stephanie.....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEPHANIE!

Happy 6th Birthday, Stephanie Launa Moore.!

We love you so much. You bring incredible joy to our lives. You’re sweet, carrying, and a joy to be around. Daddy and I are so grateful for you.

When I found out I was going to have a baby, we were so excited. I cried so many tears that day and everyone else did also. You are my gift from God. The day you were born, you gave us a scare, but again God answered our prays. I never wanted you out of my reach. For the first year of your life, I couldn't let you down. I wanted to hold you, kiss you, and hug you to death.

As you grow, I continue to be amazed at the different thing you can do. You have a special place in your heart for all God's creations. I have never seen a little girl that loved God, Animals, and People as much as you do. Plus you are the only one that can make your Daddy walk the line. You have a fiery spirit about you, but you are also the most laid back child I have ever known. I can't begin to tell you how much I love you, and how special you are to me. You have been there for me, way before I ever laid eyes on you.

I love you Stephanie, and pray that you continue to grow up to be the caring and loving person you are. You are a very special girl, and I am proud to be your mommy.
