Family Update
The kids went back to school today, Stephanie was still a little weak, but she did really good. They came home with a weeks worth of homework. Stephanie lost at least 2 lbs while she was sick, her pants was falling off her. The Tamiflu did its job, the only side effect was it upset both of their stomach. Stephanie took her last dose yesterday, and Steven has 4 more days. That was some nasty medicine I every tasted. The kids gaged every time. There was 5 other kids out with the flu in their class. Hopefully we can keep the flu away from Steven.

Flu Part #2
Today, Stephanie is doing alot better. Her temp has been around 101, which we are very happy with. She did get up and played with some of her toys on the tv tray, but not for long, then it was off for a nap.
Steven on the other hand woke us up at 2:00 this morning with a surprise. He was sick on his stomach, so far today he has done ok. No fever. He just not eating very good, hopefully the medicine is working.
Please continue to pray for the Moore Family.

Flu
Please pray for us, we have had Stephanie at the hospital all day yesterday and had to return today for more fluid. She was running 104.5 fever on Motrin. Yesterday, they weren't sure what she had, but today she tested postive for the flu. They told us she could run a fever for 4 to 5 days. We are just hoping we can keep Steven from getting the flu. The doctor gave us Tamiflu for both of them, they are hoping it will prevent Steven from getting it, and make Stephanie shorter. Please pray that both Steve and myself can keep well so we can take care of our babies...

Surprise in the Dryer....
Last night I opened my dryer to find melted BLACK crayon all over my laundry. It was some whites and tan pants so I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get them clean. But I got on the computer and I started Google away... And this is what I found.
I used:
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup of oxyclean
1 cup of shout
1 cup of laundry detergent
I let it all soak overnight before letting it run the heavy duty cycle (hot wash cold rinse). When I pulled it out most of the black was gone. There were still a few spots so I took the shout and a brush and took care of the little bits of black here and there. Added another cup of vinegar, a cup of oxyclean, and some detergent and ran it through again. This time it was all gone! It worked very well...
