Stephanie saved her outfit so she could wear it to the "Daddy Daughter Dance" they had at school last Friday, but she got the flu and couldn't go. It broke our heart she was looking forward to the dance, she was so upset.

We've been 'out of the loop' lately in Blogdom, but we're back again - another paper chase starts today with completing the Special Needs releases - I'm thinking, OK, we've been matched, I can fly to China tomorrow and be back over the International Date Line yesterday - but the paperwork continues - what's important here, the child of the formalities?
We are sorry that Stephanie missed the dance - maybe she and dad can turn on some music, she can wear her outfit and they can have their own private Father-Daughter Dance.
We are glad your family is over the flu - so far, we've both escaped - we have a 60% chance of making it through the flu season, as that is what we hear amounts to the percentile of flu strains a shot covers - keeping our fingers crossed.
