Chemo & Doctor Appointment Update

Yesterday I had a chemo treatment & I also saw my doctor. Chemo went really good, so far no nausea. The doctor was very happy with how my symptoms had improved. She is still worried about my cold and cough. They have put me on another antibiotics and sinus medicine. We have decrease my doses of steroids, so hopefully my lymphedema in my left arm will improve. We talked about the numbing in my fingers, and we have decrease the chemo 15 %, plus another medicine. All together I have three new prescription I will be taken. I will have a PET scan with a CAT scan included in three weeks. This will show if the spots inside my lungs has struck or gone, the x-ray I had two weeks ago showed two perfect lungs on the outside (only), so improvement has been made. Thank you GOD. Pet scan will also show the bone and what improve that has made.

Thank you for all the prayers, PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING.

God's Hope

I know it has been awhile since I have updated everyone on me. Last week I was really tried. I think it was were I didn't get as much rest during the Christmas break and it all caught up with me. I took a lot of naps last week. I am doing really good as far as the nausea, but the joint pain, sore mouth and throat has been really bad this past two weeks. I am now starting to have some numbing in the fingers and toes, which this is all side effects from the chemo. My lymphedema in my arm has been giving me problems this past weekend and all week. My hand looks like a plastic balloon glove. I can handle all this as long as the chemo keeps working. The kids are doing really good, I think it did them good spending time with us during the Christmas break. I have lost all my hair now, but the kids did good with it this time, they even watched mom shave my head. Thanks again for all the support, love, and most of all the prayers. Please keep the prayers coming, through God all things are possible.

We took this on the phone the other day when a storm came through. Look at the HOPE God has brought us. (you cant see it really good, but this was a double rainbow)
